PCR Polycoat^TM

PCR PolyCoat extends the life of the PCR by cleaning, sealing, and preserving the PCR. The coating prevents buildup, cracking, and delaminating of the PCR thus eliminating failure. Using PolyCoat on a PCR eliminates replacing the PCR with a new or recoated PCR, increasing productivity and reducing cost. Tested against OEM and recoated PCRs, a PCR treated with PolyCoat far exceeds their useful lifetimes, lasting indefinitely.

PCR PolyCoat is applied during the remanufacturing process, for only pennies a coating, eliminating the high cost, down time, and shipping for new or recoated PCRs. Some of the procedures used in remanufacturing cartridges call for one to use a car wax to treate the PCR or a detergent for cleaning which is absolutely the worst ting one could used since they attack the basic structure of the PCR causing premature aging, such as cracking, flacking, and drying out of the PCR. If you read the label of the car wax you will see the notice "do not use on rubber, plastic or vinal". PCR PolyCoat contains no waxes, alcohol, nor detergents and has been designed to clean and seal the PCR without damaging the PCR.

Application Directions

Do not pre-clean or use anything else on roller before applying PCR Polycoat. Polycoat cleans and seals as it is applied.

Step 1: SHAKE WELL. Apply a few drops of PCR Polycoat to a cotton ball or a lint free cloth.

Step 2: Apply Polycoat lightly along axis of the PCR roller in one direction only. Do not rub back and forth.

Step 3: Rotate the applicator to a clean area when it turns black, and reapply Polycoat. Repeat step 2 until roller is clean.

Step 4: With a clean cotton ball immediately wipe off roller, do not let PCR Polycoat dry to a haze. Polycoat seals as it is applied. Make sure all residue is removed from PCR. Rotate roller during this procedure.

Step 5: Using the clean cotton ball buff the PCR to a shine. Use back and forth motion.
