The Wiper Blade Polycoat is concentrated to allow you to apply a small amount to attain a non stick surface, reducing toner build up, thus preventing degradation of image quality and damage to OPC drum.  Wiper Blade Polycoat works on all blades.

 

Step 1:    Pre-clean Wiper Blade removing all excess toner before applying.

Step 2:    SHAKE WELL.  Apply small amount of Wiper Blade Polycoat to a cotton swab or pad*.

Step 3:    Apply Wiper Blade Polycoat in back and forth circular motion along the wiper blade.

Step 4:    Allow to dry for 2 to 3 minutes.  A haze should appear.  Remove the haze from the blade with 

                a clean cotton pad.  If you wish, you can apply a second coat.

Step 5:    Replace the wiper blade in cartridge.

 

    *Do not use Webril Handi-Pads.
